lvl 12-15: Stats
lvl 16: Freezing Field
lvl 17-19: Brilliance Aura
lvl 20-25: Stats

My suggested item build:
When you choose the hero:
Ring of Regeneration
2 lesser clarity potions (if you random this hero buy a sobi mask)

Best Items:
1. Power Treads
2. Aghanim's Scepter
3. Eye of Skadi
4: Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse
5: Black King Bar (BKB)
6. Dagon

Strategies:
In order to own late game, you have to own early game. Keep using either frost bite or frost nova on the enemy and whack him 2 times. He will have very low hp and have to go back to heal. Hence making you higher lvled. If he doesn't goes back, you have a good chance of killing him.

Best items:
1. Power Treads
2. Eye of Skadi
3. Butterfly
4: Hyperstone
5: Buriza-do-Kyanon
6: Monkey King Bar

Strategies:
I do not suggest adapting into int or str form as each time you lvl up, the most points would be added to AGI. Hence, making your AGI high. Keep spamming morph attack at early game. Don't use waveform unless to attack or escape when needed.

My suggested item build:
when you choose the hero:
Ring of Regen
2 clarity potions

Best items:
1. Power Treads
2. Stygian Desolator
3. Buriza-do-Kyanon
4. Hyperstone
5. Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse
6. Hyperstone

Strategies: At the start, wait for your enemies to choose 1st. IF half of them are ranged heroes, NEVER USE AIUSHTHA. thats because untouchable would be useless towards them. On the other hand, if more than half of them are melee, MUST USE AIUSHTHA. That makes you ownage king. They cant kill you once you are lvl 6. To use impetus, go forward and whack the enemy 1 time 1st. The enemy should naturally try and hit you but he already has lesser hp than u. Now use impetus on him, he should move back and thus the damage over distance would be quite alot. One way to kill heroes is enchant them, and impetus till they die. If the enemie is melee, you just have to him normally haha...

Ring of regen

1. Boots of Travel
2. Aghanim's Scepter
3. Refresher Orb
4. Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse
5. Dagon (1-5)
6. Eye of Skadi

Strategies: This is a really very early game hero. If you don't own in early game, you will end up feeding all the while later. Buy more clarity potions and spam your arc lightning and lightning bolt. Both of them have short cooldown and requires not much mp. It deals quite alot of damage, considered that it is still early game. You have to earn alot of money using your arc lightning to kill creeps. Then increase your damage and hp and mp by buying Scepter. When you get refresher, just stay at base and do wrath, refresh and wrath again. Wrath with scepter is around 550 damage, so it deals around 1000++ damage. Those heroes with low hp will be dead. If not, dagon them with a 400 damage.

lvl 13: Terror
lvl 14-23: Stats
lvl 24-25: Nether Swap

My suggest item build:
when you choose the hero:
Ring of regen
2 ironwood branches

Best items: (no blink dagger allowed for silkwood)
1. Power Treads
2. Stygian Desolator
3. Hyperstone
4. Monkey King Bar
5. Butterfly
6. Hyperstone

Strategies: Go middle lane at the start. When you are lvl 6, stay near your own tower and swap any enemy that ventures away from its tower. Then, quickly magic missile him, your tower and teammate would already damage him to red hp or even death. This hero is more of a team player, just swap any enemy into a bunch of allies and that guy is doomed. You can also swap a stronger ally to take your place when you are dying. However, don't purposely kill your teammates!
