lvl 8: Command Aura
lvl 9: Command Aura
lvl 10: Terror
lvl 11: Terror
lvl 12: Terror
lvl 13: Terror
lvl 14-23: Stats
lvl 24-25: Nether Swap

My suggest item build:
when you choose the hero:
Ring of regen
2 ironwood branches

Best items: (no blink dagger allowed for silkwood)
1. Power Treads
2. Stygian Desolator
3. Hyperstone
4. Monkey King Bar
5. Butterfly
6. Hyperstone

Strategies: Go middle lane at the start. When you are lvl 6, stay near your own tower and swap any enemy that ventures away from its tower. Then, quickly magic missile him, your tower and teammate would already damage him to red hp or even death. This hero is more of a team player, just swap any enemy into a bunch of allies and that guy is doomed. You can also swap a stronger ally to take your place when you are dying. However, don't purposely kill your teammates!
